Pre-Order Shipping Timeline: When you place an order for a pre-order item, please note that it is not immediately available for shipment. Pre-order items are products that are currently out of stock but available for future release. These items will be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks after your purchase date.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once the pre-order item is in stock and ready to ship, we will promptly process your order and send it out for delivery. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is approximately 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.
Shipping Method: We use reliable shipping services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your pre-order items. The shipping method selected for your order will depend on various factors, including your location and the size/weight of the item. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
Split Shipments: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may choose to ship them separately. In such cases, we will notify you about the split shipment, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers accordingly. The in-stock items will be shipped to you immediately, while the pre-order items will be shipped within the specified timeframe mentioned above.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and additional import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you wish to modify or cancel your pre-order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the item has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
Incomplete Address or Delivery Issues: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for any delays or additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
